Especially with the work schedule I was working with. They had a very nice bathroom setup that is open 24/7 which was helpful. "This was my first experience living in a tiny house. This one has plenty of space to relax and take in the quiet of its tranquil garden setting. Minimalist interior. Very clean. And you're just around the corner from Dutch Brothers coffee. A grocery store, too, is within walking distance or a short drive."

"It is as advertised, a tiny shed in the backyard of a house, in a great location! Ladder takes you up to the mattress, there is a futon, very small bathroom, but if you're looking for a convenient location downtown that you can comfortably sleep in, this is a fantastic option. Owner was very easy to work and communicate with. "

"The room was great! I stayed there for 3 nights without a car because everywhere I wanted to go was in walking distance. I mistakenly left the balcony door open on my last night and woke up to a few moths flying around me. But that was my fault. "
