Great hotel close to bus station

Great location 5 minute walk from bus station. Friendly staff and clean rooms. Very good selection for breakfast. I would recommend this hotel with out reservation.

During my stay at Hotel Luleå, I was truly impressed by the level of service and hospitality. The staff was incredibly accommodating, especially when I needed assistance with storing my luggage while I took a short trip to Kiruna. They made the entire process effortless and stress-free, which I truly appreciated. The hospitality of the staff provided a wonderful contrast to the cold weather, adding a personal touch to my visit. Overall, my experience at Hotel Luleå was fantastic.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Luleå, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The hospitality was outstanding, with the staff being incredibly friendly and approachable. They went out of their way to make me feel welcome, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was a highlight, offering a wide variety of both hot and cold dishes to suit every taste. Plus, the complementary hot beverages available in the lobby were a great touch and added to the overall comfort of the hotel. The hotel is also very easily accessible from the city center, making it convenient for exploring the area. I couldn't have asked for a better location or a more enjoyable stay. I highly recommend Hotel Luleå for anyone visiting the area!

Absolut inte prisvärt

Rummet hade svampiga sängar, dålig belysning i badrummet, ingen förvaring, inget kylskåp och ofräsch vattenkokare. Gammal sliten heltäckningsmatta och i övrigt slitet. Personalen var helt likgiltig i receptionen och tittar aldrig upp eller hälsar, inte ens vid utcheckning. Första och sista gången på detta hotell. Dessutom var både tvål och toalettpapper av det absolut billigaste slaget.

Okay. Men når det eneste kriterie man søger på er parkering, og der står den er til rådighed, og man så ikke kan parkere der, og det tager 40min at finde et sted at parkere et stykke fra hotellet, kan man ikke få en høj bedømmelse.
