"I bought it as a king room, he gave me queens bed room. Room 214 was given two small beds. I went to the reception again. He said, there is no other room, there is no king left, I can't do anything. He was an old men, he looked like the owner of the hotel. All night, he was at the recepcion. He was rude, never go again"

"I booked the reservation online - when I arrived the staff demanded a $100 CASH deposit nit mentioned on the website. I was NOT pleased and canceled my stay on site. Seems extremely shady - female staff member stated the manager had just started the new deposit program."
