"The front desk associate was very polite and accommodating. She asked what floor and where we wanted to be on that floor. The hotel was clean, breakfast was good. They served hot and cold breakfast items. The beds were comfortable. The hot tub was perfectly hot and clean with plenty of bubbles. The warm pool was also a treat. Thank you. "

"The furniture and bedding were relatively new and in good condition; there were/are new floors throughout the house. However, it did not appear as though anyone had actually dusted or done a deep clean in some time; we ran the dishes and glassware through the dishwasher before using. I would add that even though the kitchen and not been updated for years (the cabinets could benefit from a cleaning and a coat of paint inside and outside), there was a nice assortment of utensils and cookware -- we cooked all of our meals so that was a real plus.Things could be bumped up a notch by adding a shelf or two in the bathrooms just to have a place for a toothbrush.The outdoor space was delightful however, the house is listed as sleeping 6 adults but there were only 2 outdoor chairs; fortunately, we brought canvas chairs and were able to sit around the fire pit and truly enjoy the lake. A note should be added in the "things you need to bring" for chairs. "
