"This is not a typical hotel but rather a serviced apartment company which rents several rooms for short-term stay. There are no signs on the building and no reception or lobby. You will need to call a Chinese number and a person will pick you from the entrance, guide you upstairs to an office and then assign you a room. "Staff were extremely courteous and the room was spacious. Air conditioning felt uneven in the room where some areas are warmer than others. The room card was very difficult to use when tapping in the elevator trying to access your floor. Front staff said they are trying to upgrade their system so the cards are not the most sensitive, replaced my room cards and the same issued persisted."
