Still lots of room for improvement

Positive: Easy access, everything clean. Quiet location.Negative: as first guests water supply and heating for hot water had to be started first. Drain in the kitchen clogged. Mixer tap of the shower defective. Door to bathroom could not be closed. Lighting in the rooms incomplete. Heating did not work.Conclusion: significant renovation work is still required here.
