The open living/sleeping area includes a sofabed (90 cm, length 200 cm), 2 fold-away beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), cable TV with international channels (flat screen), and a radio. The apartment opens up to the garden, terrace, and patio areas.

The open kitchen in the entrance is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, and a raclette grill. Capsules for the coffee machine (Delizio) are available at an extra cost.
