On the outskirts, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position on a slope, 2 km from the lake, in the countryside, south-west facing position. Private: property 400 m2 (fenced), small garden wildlife garden, swimming pool kidney shaped (5 x 2 m, depth 100 - 140 cm, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 15.Sep.). Outdoor shower, patio, pergola, terrace (60 m2), garden furniture. In the house: central heating system, washing machine. Narrow motor access to the house. Stepped path (15 steps) to the house. Parking at the house. Shop 5 km, grocery 1 km, bus stop "Arrogno, Nebbia" 7 km. Walking paths from the house 5 m. Nearby attractions: Swissminatur, Melide 12 km, Foxtown, Mendriso 20 km, Mercato, Ponte Tresa IT 28 km, Mercato, Como IT 35 km, Mercato, Luino IT 39 km, Splash und SPA, Rivera 36 km. Small kitchen (3 hot plates, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, freezer, combination microwave). Bath/WC, shower/WC. Patio partly roofed, north facing position and west facing position. Terrace furniture, deck chairs (5). Marvellous panoramic view of the lake, the mountains and the countryside.
