"This place was a true gem, gorgeous grounds and a stunning historical building with 12 foot ceilings and huge windows. The beds were comfortable and the bath very clean, we loved the tropical flowers and plants and enjoyed a fantastic Italian meal at the restaurant. The decor was tasteful and inviting. Everyone was very nice and helpful, we wish we could have stayed longer to explore Lugano but we had a train to catch in the morning. "
