"Booked a return transfer to the airport through the hotwl but the driver was 25 minutes late which made it very stressful. "

"Hotel, location, staff all excellent staff. We didn't particularly enjoy the breakfast, but that was just personal preference and nothing to do with the selection on offer. Special shout to Vladis-Lav, who was on reception in the evening, so very helpful. Also I would recomend the pick up/drop off car service to the the airport"

"Overall service, breakfast room was excellent. Highly recommend the hotel restaurant (evening), it was excellent. If get a chance to use the gym, it is small and be warned the floor is shiny so if use the mats in the gym be it makes the floor very slippery when doing certain exercises or spill any water."

"We had a great stay at Puro, upon arriving, we were greeted by Sebastian at the reception desk.What a terrific employee. We were greeted with a warm smile, a highly competent and very professional gentleman. The hotel was clean, our room very quaint and cozy. The bathroom was very modern and luxurious. We had a great stay. We had a small dog and she was also very happy. Highly recommend....very accommodating staff. Sebastian brought us an ironing board and iron instantly after requesting. Extremely friendly, kind and helpful staff. Thank you for an excellent weekend stay!!"

"Room was clean and modern , everything we needed. Felt safe and secure. Drains did smell but if you kept bathroom door closed you couldn’t smell it. Overall 10/10 would defo stay there again "
