"It was a beautiful surprise, the hotel is very quiet, modern, well designed, everything is well think for having the best experience. After 2 weeks in Switzerland, everyday in restaurants, our best food experience was at the restaurant in the hotel. I just mentioned directly to the chef, a very nice person doing food with passion and love, you will taste it! I highly recommend this hotel and restaurant. I am from Canada, Quebec and I will definitely return to this place."

"Very friendly and helpful welcome with lots of information about the visitor card and the hotel services available. Also advised my partner where to go when he needed a haircut. Food is very good but unfortunately my partner is coeliac and had only 1 item on menu suitable. Though breakfast was catered for gluten free needs. "

"The view of the lake from our room was amazing. We were on the 5th floor. The hotel staff was friendly (Marco at check-in was great), and the room was extremely clean! Lovely amenities with a hand written note from manager. Short walk into town, breakfast was pleasant on terrace, private parking available for 19CHF/night. Would definitely recommend and stay here again in the near future!"

"Location of the hotel was perfect for walking to Ascona and Locarno. Acceptable parking fee thru hotel. Hotel was clean and bright. Breakfast was good and have different variety. Pet friendly. Staff were nice and accomodating."
