I was expecting a lot more than that was delivered. Afterall, it is the Hyatt name at stake right. The room was old and dirty. The welcome sign had some one else's name on it(?) The food was terrible - the first night the chicken satay was just raw inside. Complained and the chef lady said that's how it comes. No, thank you. You can contract solmanella/E- Coli NOT I. She was actually very rude. She did not come the second night tho (a good thing). Old hotel - needs major upgrades. Rooms have to be renovated to todays standards. Paid way too much for this dump. Stay away.
