"A decent, clean, affordable hotel in a quiet neighborhood right off interstate 20 near Jackson, MS. Competent staff and good breakfast with multiple choices, (including our favorites like eggs, sausage, bacon, biscuits, gravy, waffles). We liked their "Seattle's Best" coffee. The hotel is "pet-friendly," (and we are not), but our room was clean with no evidence of animals, so everybody was happy. We are not hard to please, so this was all we needed on our trip, especially the price was fair for a family of three traveling on the weekend. We read some of the negative reviews but we did not really have any problems personally. The building is not new but they keep it clean. The place does have a bit of humidity but so does everywhere else. (You ARE in Mississippi, after all.) Everything else was what we needed after a long day of driving, hot shower, good beds, in a safe place to sleep along our travels. Good for families with kids. Staff are friendly and helpful. We will stay here again the next time we pass through."
