In less than a 15 mins drive you can soak into the streets of Lucca town centre, while the beaches are just 35 mins away. Cinque Terre, Florence San Gimignano are approx or less than 1 hour drive, while Pisa, The Versilia Riviera, Montecarlo, Garfagnana, Pistoia, Montecatini Terme and many other sighseeings are within a 30 mins drive away.

During summer time, due to rains with desert dust, the water pool may result not perfectly clear. Anyway, in such case, the owners will promptly take action to fix the problem.

Incredible!!

Amazing stay at Villa Arsina! Location was perfect, only 10 minutes from Lucca. Close by to grocery stores and everything else needed for a stay. The pool was perfect with a beautiful view of the Italian countryside in the background. I’d recommend this villa to anyone looking to enjoy a quiet, peaceful stay in near Lucca with easy access to the city. Thank you for a great stay!

Perfect Location, perfect service, average equipment.

Location & room layout are perfect a group of 6-8 people and for exploring Lucca, Pisa & the western part of Tuscany. The service of lucca apartments and villas was exceptional and we always felt in good hands, with great tipps, nice insights and caring communication. Despite the equipment in the house, we had a wonderful and pleasant stay at Villa Arsina. The equipment itself (e.g. air conditioning, dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator, etc.) is at best average and does not meet the standard in this category.

Villa Arsina is the perfect getaway

Villa Arsina is the perfect getaway if you’re visiting Lucca, the most gorgeous surroundings in the Tuscan hills, 15mins from central Lucca, quiet and peaceful. We definitely found it hard to leave! The pool is amazing and the villa is a great place to eat and drink with friends. Renate is the perfect host and she was always available for tips and advice. We highly recommend staying at Villa Arsina on your next holiday in Tuscany 5+ stars!

Most Amazing Time!

My family and I spent a week at the villa and had the most incredible time in the heart of Tuscany. We absolutely loved the stunning Tuscan landscape and charming villa. The pool was tremendous especially for our 4 year old. Renate was a great host and always reachable for all of our needs. I absolutely would recommend this villa to anyone looking for an authentic experience of living like a local just outside of Lucca. While we loved our time we did have some areas of feedback for future guests. In the villa guidebook it would be great for non Europeans to have a step by step instructions of the washer and dryer. We found it challenging to use given they are quite different in USA. Maybe even a walkthrough upon check-in. Would have loved to have the true address prior to arriving. We found we had to use the address of the neighbor in order to plan car, taxis, and other arrangements for our party. Otherwise we had an exceptional time! Thank you.

Disappointing property, needs some love

We started our holiday with busy time in major cities. The stay in Lucca was a relaxing end to spend time by the pool hanging out. Overall, we were disappointed with the house, it was not worth the money we paid and we wouldn't recommend. The property manager, Renata, was an excellent communicator, and was on hand to answer any questions and give advice on day trips etc. On the plus side, the house is tastefully furnished with plenty of plates and glassware. It was pretty clean, the beds were comfy and towels plentiful. Detracting from this, and major drawbacks were the condition of the kitchen and the bathroom facilities. The kitchen is extremely tired and needs a complete overhaul. The cabinet doors are sticky and unpleasant to touch from years of grease and dirt that doesn't wash off. The fridge is awful, freezing all food at the back . The dishwasher is not fixed, and moves every time the door is opened. It also doesn't clean well so we had to hand wash everything The espresso machine is hit and miss and leaks everywhere. The house is listed as two bathrooms inc two showers, this is misleading. The main bathroom has the smallest shower I have ever seen, maybe 2 1/2 ft square.The 2nd bathroom has a shower attachment but no screen or fixing, so basically just a bath. As a family of 5, we struggled with the set up. The basement smells musty and was not pleasant to be in. The pool is incredibly deep at the shallow end and there are no umbrellas for shade

Superb Villa in a need of a little bit attention

Location, swimming pool, calmness, service and welcome, the interior of the house. A little bit more attention for the cleaning of the swimming pool. Some areas of the pool were rather dirty, some tiles of the pool were missing or not in a good shape. Outdoor pool shower needs reparation
