Villa Falconi is a lovely 17th century, recently restored farmhouse with 55 hectare (135 acres) of land consisting of olive trees, woods and fields offering a private trail network for walking and biking (guests are permitted to roam freely, but expressly at their own risk). The location, in a peaceful rural setting just on the outskirts of Lucca, is central for day trips to Pisa, Florence, Cinqueterre and the beaches. Shops are within a 5-10 minute walk, while a good restaurant can be reached in a matter of minutes. This villa offers the best of modern comforts in an elegant yet rustic setting. In 2019 the interiors and exteriors were fully restored to the highest standards, combining the charm of the Tuscan country villas with the appeal of modern comforts. Nice furniture, terracotta floors, beamed-white ceilings, spacious bedrooms and modern bathrooms combine to create a light, airy holiday home. With its expansive gardens and large pool area, Villa Falconi is perfect for groups of friends or family reunions. In addition, there is an adjacent, private chapel available for weddings.
