Beautyful appartment, very central in the charming town of Lucca. So many things to see and so many restaurants to choose from. Great recomendations in the guest book, and great and accesable service from the staff.

Perfect apartment for two! Beautiful terrace on the top floor. Great location. Across from the music conservatory so we could hear music drifting up during the day. Rainy weather when we were there unfortunately, but we will definitely be back during the better weather.

The Lucca Apartments & Villas team in Lucca went above and beyond to make my stay perfect. No detail overlooked. Beautiful sunny patio, nice open floor plan, central location, very comfortable queen mattress. I booked for six weeks, and enjoyed every minute.

Loved this spot, great outdoor space. The elevator was convenient for our bags but we took the stairs most days which were spacious. Elizabeth was awesome at check in and check out. Very walkable and close to everything but still very quiet :)

The position of the apartment , the roof terrance and lift. Elizabeth the - apartment manager - was very helpful, and understanding and looked after us very well. She dealt with any of our concerns professionally. Grazie molto Elizabeth. The final cleaning.

It would be nice to have a mirror somewhere outside of the bathroom. It would also be nice if there is some type of organization of the keys it is confusing trying to get through all of the doors. The place is very comfortable and Alice, the property manager, was always very responsive and helpful. Location is great and the music school was a pleasant plus.

The apartment is lovely. Very nicely furnished, very cozy, clean and comefortable. Great bed. The patio is just gorgeous and nice to sit out in the evenings and to hear the music from across the street at the Conservatory was wonderful. The kitchen is well furnished. Lucca is a fantastic town, it has so much to offer. We walked on the wall every day, sometimes twice! The architecture is beautiful and the streets and shops are delightful. We wish we’d had longer here. Sonia was also most helpful, the whole experience has been wonderful.

The apartment is in an ideal situation, away from the crowds but within easy reach of facilities and landmarks. The tiny lift can be a little daunting at first but easily mastered. Problems encountered dealt with efficiently. Comfortable and cosy place to stay. Thank you Lucca Apartments for our second stay in Casa Ottone. A few niggles but nothing too bad. Only two teaspoons, table mats needed to protect the table, another adapter in order that more than one electrical appliance can be used, a soap dish attached to wall of shower would be useful

We loved the central, but quiet, location and the idea of the roof terrace - but it was so hot, we didn't end up actually using it very much! What a waste! It was beautiful! The place was spotless with everything you could possibly need to have a wonderful stay. The air con is an absolute must! Furnishings are very tasteful and we had another wonderful stay in Lucca with Lucca Apartments and Villas! The sofa was lovely to look at but was difficult to get out of! Could do with a supporting board under the cushions to make it more comfortable, and the seat in the chair in the lounge needs refurbishing as it was like sitting in a bowl. The TV is not placed to be viewed easily from the sofa as the dining table is in front of it. The lift up to the 3rd floor was a must for me as I have arthritis, but beware if you are claustrophobic as it is literally large enough for 2 people only. All of these things are minor but didn't stop us having a great stay!

Beautiful apartment located within the city walls. Wonderful terrace for eating out and relaxing and very peaceful ….. it was lovely to hear the playing of classical music coming from the church opposite, but within minutes you are in the centre of all Lucca has to offer! Overall the apartment has everything you need for your stay ! For me a full length mirror in the bedroom would have been the only thing to make if perfect!

Great location. Easy walk to bakeries, pizza, restaurants and a Conad grocery. Comfortable space. Plenty of kitchen items. Quiet at night for sleeping. We thoroughly enjoyed the terrace and the gentle sounds coming from the music school during the day. The bonus is the elevator, though it is very tiny!!! One person with one case maximum at a time. At the time of our visit there were no bikes with the apartment. Be sure to confirm exactly how to pick up the keys. We loved Itaco Pizza for pizza and other dishes. Cibo e Convivio was a favorite since in addition to being a trattoria, it has fresh pasta and sauce you can cook at home.

This is a beautiful apartment, super clean, and really had everything we could have needed. The location was great, we had a little trouble with (Hidden by Airbnb) maps on arrival, but we were just down the street at the wrong number. They have a wonderful binder of information, air conditioning worked great. Nice kitchen and bathroom. It’s not huge, but it was bigger than we expected and so much better than a hotel room. The rooftop terrace was really awesome, lots of steps to get to the apartment, which we expect in Europe, but this had a lot of steps. Not trying to criticize, but not for the less mobile as the elevator was broken the first daytwo, and was so small we opted not to ride in it... And it was hot. The bikes were great, it’s a great town to bike around the wall, even if you have not biked in years. She gave us an amazing food tip, pizza at Da Felice, tiny place, better for takeaway, but omg, delicious. We went twice. We recommend it, they had too many keys to keep track of, but we loved the lovable and it was immaculate and lovely.

The apartment is charming and tastefully decorated. Also very comfortable. We were there in November so we could not use the expansive porch, which I'm sure is a highlight in the summer. We thoroughly enjoyed the apartment. Heating and hot water worked very well for those chilly nights. Mrs. Sonia easy to work with and responsive. My only complaint is that the apartment did not supply what I consider the basics in a rental and I hope Mrs. Sonia will consider these points: every new guest should have clean, unused washing utensils for the kitchen, such as wipees and sponges to do dishes. A supply of garbage bags are basic as well. One other small item: Shower head in bathroom needs to be changed. Other than these small details, the apartment is great. To be able to live in a 16th c. restored villa, totally renovated is a real experience. And to walk the streets and walls of Lucca in November, with absolutely no tourists ANYWHERE, is a real treat. Highly recommend this apartment and Lucca in November.

There is a stupid step down from the bathroom,which is not clear to see and dangerous' My wife fell down it and was seriously injured My daughter in law` fell down it when she stayed here last year but she was only bruised.

We loved staying in this apartment for our time in Lucca. The location is fantastic, we spent our first night sitting on our lovely terrace listening to music wafting up from the conservatory, whilst having a delicious platter we whipped together from the supermarket nearby and drinking prosecco! The apartment had everything we needed and the bed was so comfortable. Mrs Sonia was very helpful, meeting us at the apartment to let us in and give advice about the area and a few quirks of the apartment. I must also mention Chiara and Paolo who are part of Mrs Sonia's team who helped us out when we had a problem, that was quickly fixed. The only thing I would recommend would be another mirror out of the bathroom, so you can finish makeup/hair whilst the bathroom is being used, but that is just a minor thing, as we managed. We absolutely loved Lucca and hope to return one day.
