Great Getaway
"Everything about our stay was absolutely perfect. A little cottage hidden away in the woods with beautiful views. The sound of nature all around is exactly what we needed. Everything was so clean and exactly the way that it’s pictured. We will definitely come again. Thank you for everything."

"Excellent location. Just minutes from Mammoth National Park. We were able to go back and forth to take breaks easily. Super clean and has everything you need to make meals. Laundry on site was very helpful to clean our clothes after hiking, cave tours and kayaking. You have privacy yet you are located ..."

If you're looking to do a lot of things near cave city, stay in cave city or horse cave. Barren river lake state park was about 45 minutes from Mammoth cave and about 45 minutes from any of the family stuff that we were trying to do.

Conveniently located halfway between Scottsville and Glasgow. I went to Barren River Lake State Park Resort and the Dollar General. Satisfied with both.
