Owner (at least I believe he was the owner) was very nice and accommodating. Hotels.com stated that breakfast ended at 9:30 but it ends at 9. He let me into the breakfast room to grab coffee and cereal. After we checked out, we thought we had left a bag in the room. I called about it and left a message; a few hours later he called back to say they didn’t find it. We ended up finding it later in our car trunk but appreciate d the call back! "
