Logement parfaitement situé très belle vue sur la mer. L'appartement mériterait une grosse rénovation ,(tapisserie déchirée, lunette des WC fendue,la moitié des ampoules ne sont pas changés,et 75 euros de ménage jeté par la fenêtre,toiles d'araignées, poussière,vitres dégueulasses.etc,etc
