"It was an exceptional experience. I was checked in and checked out by Ms Nara, who was super friendly and helpful. I enjoyed talking with all their counter staff in fact. The room was very clean and spacious. The breakfast spread was good and tasty. The location of the hotel was really good. Grand Mall Batam is just next door and connected with the hotel. Nagoya Hill Shopping centre is just a 5 mins drive away. There are also 3 really good Spas located just beside the hotel. All in all, it was a wonderful stay in the hotel and i would definitely bring my family here again. "

"Comfy bed and clean room. The toilet is big too. Only thing that need to improve is the check in process. Should try to limit each check in to 5 mins. Otherwise it will be a long wait for guests to check in. "

"A very nice property located in the middle of the market. A lot of eateries and even Mall nearby. Money exchange and supermarket outside the hotel itself. Big and clean rooms with 24 hours room service. Absolutely will visit again."
