"We spent 1 week over New Years as a family (11 adults, 6 children). We we're amazed by the spacious House. The kids really enjoyed the Game Room and the Garden. We had fun cooking together and eating at the big table, as well as playing Board Games in the living Room. Heating up the oven was also fun for everyone. In the end we got lucky with the weather and had snow. The nearby cities Jelena Gora and Bad Flinsberg are wörth visiting. Thankyou Kate! Highly Recommended!"

"In diesem schönen Haus haben wir mit 12 Leuten die Goldene Hochzeit unserer Eltern gefeiert. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Es ist viel besser, als es die Beschreibung vermuten lässt. Die Küche ist riesengroß, gut ausgestattet und geheizt. Es gibt als Zusatzgerät einen Wasserkocher, Spülitabs, Seife etc. vorhanden. Sowohl im Erdgeschoß als auch in der oberen Etage befindet sich jeweils 1 Bad (oben mit Wanne UND Dusche, unten Dusche und Waschmaschine) und 1 davon räumlich getrennte...

"The house was just perfect. It was every thing there what we needed, very good kitchen equipment, there was a beamer and the sauna outside was very nice :) my friends and I were super happy and we had a great time there. Also the host is very polite and helpful ! We would recommend it to everyone ;)"

"Das Haus ist in einem sehr schlechten Zustand. Überall ist Schimmel und danach riecht es auch. Die Betten sind schmutzig und in einem kam uns ein Floh entgegen gesprungen. Wir sind gleich wieder abgereist. Geld gibt's keins zurück weil wir uns angeblich nicht an den Notfallplan gehalten haben. Wollten uns mit einem kleinen Gutschein für die nächste Reise abspeisen. Nie wieder belvilla. Übrigens wurde der Schlüssel nicht übergeben. Er lag unter der Fußmatte am Hintereingang.😱"

"Wir fanden das Haus echt toll. Nur das Zurechtkommen mit dem Mikrowellenofen gestaltete sich anfangs echt schwierig, da es im Haus leider keine deutsche Anleitung gab. Gott sei dank konnte Google uns weiterhelfen. Auch haben wir Fleyer der umliegenden Sehenswürdigkeiten vermisst. Aus anderen Häusern kannten wir das so. Leider gab es auch keine Waschmaschine. Die wäre noch wünschenswert gewesen. Aber alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen."

"Lage und Haus waren sehr gut. Für eine recht teure Woche war die Ausstattung (Küche, Schüsseln, Tassen, Handtücher, Matratzen) allerdings medioker. Die Abrechnung des Verbrauchs unseriös und überteuert: Strom 13€, Gas konnte der Vermieter nicht messen, Wasser wurde nicht abgefragt. Stattdessen wurden wir per sms aufgefordert, pauschal 100€ auf den Tisch legen."

If you are looking for a quiet place for ski, this place is the right place, ski school is about 200m from the house and ski 250 - 300m In summer, there are so many things to do here, you are surrounded with nature, hiking and mounting biking and lots more.
