With a waterside sunroom that you won’t want to leave, a new fully-equipped kitchen and bath, comfortable furnishings, and sumptuous cotton bed linens and towels, The Sanctuary is the perfect base for exploring all that Lubec, Campobello and Down East Maine have to offer. The idyllic property offers a true respite from today’s hectic life. Local wildlife includes deer, fox, and river otters and the beautiful beach offers the best shorebird viewing in Maine!
