Welcome to "The Oasis in Lubbock". A relaxing abode at the heart of all the beautiful experiences Lubbock has to offer.

Whether you are visiting Lubbock for its museums, or its historic attractions. This newly renovated stylish abode places you in the heart of it all. A quick walk to Texas Tech University (less than a mile away!!!) or a quick dash to explore the beautiful immersion of art and music at the Buddy Holly Center. “The Oasis in Lubbock” is the perfect place to call home during your visit.

This location is super close to AT&T Jones Stadium (walking distance, less than 3mins driving), United Supermarket (Spirit) Arena and UMC [University Medical Center] (Less than 5 min drive).

This modern style home sleeps 4 (up to 5 upon requests) comfortably and boasts amenities such an Outdoor gazebo with comfortable seating, a cook grill and a massive backyard for all your outdoor enjoyment..

The Space
[Living Room and Dining Room]:
A colorful living room space with a comfortable sofa and armchair. And a smart TV to stream your favorite shows, relax and play board games with travel companions and friends.

The dining room comfortably seats 4 guests. And next to it, is a tea and coffee section with numerous options to choose.

There is a well stocked kitchen with all critical amenities you’ll need to cook a home made meal to your satisfaction.

[Bedrooms]:
✔ La chambre orange (The Orange Room) : A colorful comfortable room. It has a dreamy plush queen bed and a smart TV to relax and stream your TV shows.

✔ La chambre bleue (The Blue Room) : A colorful comfortable room. It has 2 twin beds.

[Backyard and Outdoor gazebo]:
A massive backyard space with a beautiful gazebo for outdoor activities. With a A Grill to prepare your favorite delicacies, A space to play outdoor games or just to relax and get fresh air. The backyard is properly fenced for complete privacy.

[Amenities]:
As a courtesy, “The Oasis at Lubbock” provides a "starter pack" of supplies for guests including toothpaste, tooth brush, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, bodywash and hair dryer. This is to ensure our guests are comfortable and to relieve the stress of rushing to the store upon arrival. In addition, we have bottle water and snacks to get your refreshed upon arrival as you settle in.

[PARKING:] The drive way at the side of the house can park 2 cars. In addition, street parking is available at no cost.

Please Please Please NO PARTIES, NO PARTIES! YOU WILL BE KICKED OUT, NO REFUND. Thank you for respecting this rule.

Check-in time is at 3pm.
Check-out time is at 11am.

[EARLY CHECK-INS]:
Guests can request early check-ins within 2 days of their arrival. Early check-in is not guaranteed and we will not be able to approve any early check-ins before before this 2-day window. If early check-in is available, guests will be charged a fee of $15 per hour up until the normal check-in time. Early check-ins will not be allowed before 8am.

[LATE CHECK-OUTS]:
Guests can request late check-outs latest two days before their departure. Late checkouts are not guaranteed. If late check-out is available, guests will be charged a fee of $15 per hour after the normal 11am check-out time. Late checkouts will not be allowed past 4pm.

**Please communicate with us in advance. This strict rule is in place to give the house keeper enough time to clean the property and replenish supplies before the next guest arrives.**

NOTE: For guest and property protection, A/V surveillance is present on this property. Please note that ALL cameras record video and audio throughout the guest reservation. THERE ARE NO CAMERAS INSIDE THE PROPERTY to ensure guest privacy. There are cameras covering the outer perimeter of the house. Mailing packages to this property is not permitted, we are not responsible for any mail/packages. We are also not responsible for any belongings left behind by guests and their party.
