"Our stay was not the best experience. Unfortunately I do not recommend this hotel sipe because it was dirty. The towels were stained and can tell that they have been overused. Toilet and tub were dirty. The floor was filthy. Found several dead and alive roaches. Moving to the bedding area….pillow case had drooled stains and can tell dust has been settling on them. Sheets were okay but beds do not have comforter. Lobby area was clean. Paid around $300ish for one night so definitely not worth that price."

"Pics and reviews online not close to reality. Rooms smelled really bad and body fluid stains everywhere. Watched drug deal from room next door to ours. Could not stay in room, had to find other accommodation elsewhere, but front desk refused refund. DO NOT BOOK HERE!!!"

"Worst experience you could imagine. Check in was scheduled for 3pm but had to wait until 6 to actually have a room. Staff had no clue what was going on and didn’t offer anything to make our stay any better. Key would stop working and door wouldn’t open. Called front desk for remote to tv and never got a call back. The smell of smoke/marijuana was still lingering in multiple rooms. Overall a horrible experience. "

"The hotel is older and shows some wear and tear, but our room was good. It was clean and the A/C worked great. The staff was a bit overwhelmed when we checked in because of the concert in town and they were sold out. But they did have cold water bottles for us to have as we waited. Overall, it was good for the price."

"If you are comfortable with a motel over a hotel, you’ll be okay… -Air conditioning works -Terribly uncomfortable beds and flat lumpy pillows -No electric outlets in the bathrooms for hair products, very few in house overall -Only given half a roll of paper towels so bring your own -Couch covering itchy-Lighting not great - lightbulbs dead or missing-Broken finishings - tile on kitchen island, closet door off the hinges -Roach found in our shoes overnight -Ice maker didn’t work - bought our own ice-There’s a coffee pot, but no coffee grounds-One house away from gas station - not the safest feeling -Overall clean I understand it is listed as a budget-friendly, basic property, but this was as basic as I’ve ever seen. "

"Staff was friendly and helpful, rooms were clean and bed were comfortable. Minor maintenance needed such as fans in bathroom wasn’t working and ice machine upstairs was out of order, hair dryer didn’t work but other than that we would stay here again."

"We booked this room 6 months ago for the George Strait concert. When we arrived the staff said they did not have our reservations on file. We called Expedia and they relocated us to another hotel and paid the $800 difference. Expedia did an awesome job but the hotel should of not double booked our room. They were double booking and selling rooms for higher prices because of the George Strait concert. There were other customers at the hotel going through the same experience of the hotel double booking their room so they could sell the rooms at higher prices. Ill never do business with this hotel chain again. "

"This is a decent place to stay but overpriced for the cleanliness and comfortability. First of all they do not maintain the rooms. There was something poking out of the floor that we stepped on so we had to wear shoes. The bathroom had not been cleaned good. Towels had dirt/stains on them. No one has cleaned behind the toilet in awhile. The hair dryer had never been cleaned. Most hotels use unlimited liquid soaps/lotions/shampoo and conditioner dispensers now, but not this hotel. The curtains had never been cleaned. The floor was gross. It was not the worst I have stayed at but it was not one I would stay at again."
