"It’s hard to find a good hotel in a smaller town sometimes but Fred’s inn was great. Clean, easy check in, and they serve food till 9pm if you need it. The stay was perfect and the price reasonable. If I had to go back to that town I would stay there again"

"We rented this lovely loft to stay in whilst we attended our daughter's graduation ceremony in Binghamton. It was a short, busy trip and I left wishing we'd had more time to enjoy the property. It is a beautiful setting with great amenities inside and out. Lucinda was super communicative, readily available, but also incredibly helpful and friendly. I would give her 6 stars if I could. The property is well appointed and very comfortable. Every room has so much rich detail to explore and enjoy. We will definitely stay again if we're in the area! Don't hesitate to book this little gem. "
