"Lovely place. Loads of space for us 4 families to spread out across the 2 separate houses. (Handy to put the teens in the end one on their own). Weather was very hot so we really appreciated the pool, the shade of the walnut tree and the Bluetooth speakers. A couple of extra parasols would have been great, but we managed fine. "A very nice and quiet place to spend holidays. The house is very cosy and lovely decorated. The kitchen is new and fully equipped. In the garden you find the wonderful swimming pool. Around it you can relax perfectly - in the sun or in the shadow under trees. The host is very friendly and offers help when needed. "

"We had an amazing week in Lozay, the cottage is well equipped and has loads of character. We especially loved the little walled courtyard eating area. At night it lit up like a secret garden. Just gorgeous!!!!! I would definitely recommend the region, Saint Jean is a charming market town with a lovely local market on a Wednesday and Saturday morning. We also visited La Rochelle and Fouras. There was also a beautiful heated pool with surrounding garden to chill out in. Just lovely with a glass...

"Nous sommes arrivés le vendredi soir pour un week-end familial près de La Rochelle. Après des échanges durant la semaine pour organiser notre arrivée, et l'envoi d'un mail d'explication de Madame JOURDAIN. L'arrivée à été conforme à ce qui avait été convenu. Accueil très chaleureux. Madame JOURDAIN a été disponible tout le week-end si besoin. Le logement, propre et adapté pour toute la famille correspondait parfaitement à nos attentes. Le petit plus pour les enfants (et les grands), le jardin...

Cecile and Davide were excellent hosts and their dog, Balto :) The house is about a 10 min cycle from Saint Savienen, where you can rent boats, do shopping etc. We would recommend this gite to anyone. "famille de 7 adultes de 60 à 74 ans. accueil sympatique. on apprécie la présentation coquette, la très belle piscine, la grande cour fermée, l'absence de circulation et le calme de l'endroit. cependant : A défaut d'avoir reçu un contrat de location complet, absence d' un guide de bienvenue exhaustif sur les installations à disposition rédigé en Français. Nous n'avons jamais pu utiliser le WiFi ni internet. Escalier d'accès à l'étage étroit et raide, sans rampe ni garde corps. L'un de nous est...

"Fabulous hotel just off the autoroute and perfect for a stop over. Friendly and helpful staff. Good bar and pool area but closed after 8pm so weren’t able to enjoy them. Also breakfast not served until 8am which was too late for us as travelling early. "
