"The staff were professional and attentive, promptly accommodating our request for a crib. Breakfast offerings were fresh and of good quality. However, the room was not serviced for trash removal during our three-night stay, and we were not notified prior to booking that the pool would be closed for two of those nights. Despite these oversights, we enjoyed our stay."

"Great looking property with excellent views. There were great staffs and not so great staffs. Beach and pool staff were excellent, horse keeping and our waiter at the property restaurant were not so good. We requested washcloths and never got them. Overall, lacked a bit of hospitality to be a 5 star experience."
