This is my most favorite place in Idaho (I almost don't want to share it, but please leave no trace and take care of our forest.) A 2 mile mostly flat trail takes you to the edge of the Sawtooth Wilderness area. You can hike or bike in (no bikes into the wilderness area.) A few downed trees may be on trail so beaware when riding bike. Directions- just before Redfish lake lodge, parking on left, trail on right.

"We had a perfectly cozy stay at the Redwood Cabins! It was opening weekend and still snowing a bit, but the cabin was clean and warm. Greg and family were so friendly and helpful with local advice. And you can’t beat the views and tranquility of the Salmon River. "

Peaceful Getaway with Stunning Views and Natural Hot Springs

"We had an amazing two-night stay at Double J&D Hot Spring Ranch! The cabin was cozy, clean, and absolutely perfect for a couple looking to unwind and reconnect. I had originally booked the trip as a girls getaway with a friend, but when she had to cancel last minute, the hosts were incredibly kind and accommodating, allowing me to bring my boyfriend instead.We loved relaxing in the private hot spring pool, which was warm, clean, and so peaceful. We also enjoyed exploring the beautiful property, reading books overlooking the river, watching DVDs, and taking short drives into nearby Crouch for some great meals.The hosts were super friendly and welcoming, even taking the time to share the history of the ranch with us, which added such a personal and memorable touch to the stay. It’s clear they care deeply about this place, and it shows.If you’re looking for a quiet, scenic, and restorative escape, this is the perfect spot. We’re already looking forward to coming back!"
