Sourdough Lodge honestly exceeded our expectations! The employees were very nice and we were very happy they served a breakfast considering there's not many (if any) options around. They also have a nice convenience store and gas if those are amenities you'll need! It was a short drive to one of the nearby hot springs!

Sourdough was the perfect place for us. On our way from Yellowstone, we spent the night. They were very attentive for our late checkout. The place is comfortable, clean, and quiet. We definitely will stay here again.

At the Sourdough Lodge, built in log cabin style, you have the basics done well. In some sense, we felt like we were “glamping” (glamorous camping). The rates are reasonable. The menu and service at the Sourdough Restaurant is excellent. The staff is friendly. The air is fresher and the nights cooler in the summer than in Boise. Nice relief from life in the city!

very quiet and peaceful. It is away from people and the hustle of life. Food looked amazing and great portions. The store offers good amenities if you need anything. Many customers arrive after hours for gas so maybe they should invest in point of sale options at the pump.
