Beautiful studio apartment located on the 2nd floor, offering breathtaking views of Mullet bay Beach perfect for a romantic getaway. Very spacious and cozy, this apartment offer modern and high-end furnitures. The interior is light and airy, with an open-concept design that includes a super comfortable convertible sofa bed making your experience effortless to pull it out at night time making it your bedroom. It features a smart TV and The dining room features a design table with seating for two, as well as a large fully equipped kitchen. Appliances and utensils such as an induction cooktop, a microwave, an oven, a refrigerator with freezer, and a dishwasher.

It also features an Italian-style bathroom shower and tactile mirror to make your stay more enjoyable.

This is the perfect location as it is just a couple of minutes walk to Mullet Bay beach, which is one of the most popular on the island. It is a reef protected spot and great for swimming and snorkeling. Maho beach is also a 5 minutes drive where you will find all the planes taking off. The complex is also a short drive of 15 minutes to the french side capital, Marigot and 10 minutes away from Simpson Bay, where you will find all the restaurants and discover the island's nightlife.

Great stay

My time in this studio at Fourteen, was freaking awesome! The vibes were super chill, and that balcon was great The studio itself was cozy as heck, and they had all the cool stuff. The Fourteen crew were like the homies making sure everything was on point. Plus, the location was perfect for exploring. If you're after a cozy, stylish spot for a kickback, Fourteen is the real deal. Totally recommend it for a rad and laid-back stay! 🌟

Excellent place to vacation

The location is wonderful. Views of the beach were spectacular and the walk to the beach was 3 minutes. I felt so safe the whole time as a single female vacationing in this rental. Liz at the resteraunt by the pool was above and beyond amazing! She was so accommodating. Her food was great and coffee was perfect. She would make things for us that were not even on the menu. I can't say enough good things about her. More shaded parking would be nice, but nothing that would make me not stay there again.

Location, location, location

Love the condo, amazing location. Replace pullout with a real bed, that’s unacceptable ! Also, cleanliness of rooms and building. Building is fairly dirty and not at a hotel standard. Staff aren’t using commercial equipment and not sure they have the proper training either (talking from experience). Pool needs a little bit of life, music, umbrellas, planets, toys, etc, tv on the floor need to work and Lobby needs music !

Very nice studio

Perfect location in front of Mullet Bay. Small studio (A203) but with large seafront balcony. Very nice interior furniture, high-end doors, well equipped with all necessary kitchen utensil and appliances. Please fix bath towel rack on the toilet
