  • Caribbean Paradise is a beautifully furnished, spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath condominium located on the “Gold Coast” of St. Maarten at the Rainbow Beach Club on the shores of Cupecoy. Perfect for a small family or a couple's getaway, you’ll enjoy all the wonderful features this “home away from home” has to offer while on vacation. The condo has very comfortable furnishings, fully equipped American style kitchen, and 2 bedrooms, the master with a king bed, en-suite bath, and the 2nd bedroom has a set of twin beds and en-suite bath. Both bedrooms and livingroom have smart TVs connected to satellite dish for uninterrupted viewing. The location is one of the island’s best within walking distance of Cupecoy Beach, Mullet Bay Beach, vibrant nightlife, great restaurants and bakeries, shops and supermarkets. This unit is located on the 5th floor and has a view of the Caribbean Sea and Mullet Bay Beach. The unit has passed hurricane IRMA test with sturdy hurricane shutters and windows. This is a beautiful apartment in a great location. Concierge check-in was very easy and we appreciated the drinks and snack provided on arrival. The garage parking in the building was so convenient. The space was spotless with a midweek housekeeping refresh. The apartment has everything you need for an easy and comfortable stay with a fully appointed kitchen to beach towels and beach/pool toys. We enjoyed daily swims in the pools and enjoyed chatting with friendly residents. In addition to the small private beach at the bottom of the spiral stairs, Mullet Bay beach was an easy 5-minute walk away, and quieter beaches at Baie Rouge and Baie Longue were just a short drive. Nighttime noise from the upstairs apartment and neighboring property was a bit more than we'd prefer.

The hosts were amazing. They even welcomed us with snacks and wine!! The condo was wonderful, located in the perfect part of the building with easy access to the outside and also convenient to the pool and the beach. We had a peaceful and relaxed time!

This was our six time in the island and we found this apartment magnificent. Three pools, porter/security, parking under secure premises, direct access to a private beach, full kitchen with everything we needed. Would recommend this place without hesitation.

Great Stay!!

we really enjoyed our stay. Everything was really close. The pool and the beaches were great. Everything is really easy and the condo is furnished very nicely. There was even some extras that the host left for us. Plenty of towels, sheets blankets I would stay again.

Beautiful Apartment, great location

Caribbean Paradise is a well appointed apartment in the heart of Cupecoy. The beds are a bit uncomfortable but everything else exceeded expectations.

Great stay!

We enjoyed our stay immensely. It is a well appointed space, with great views and good security. It is nearby to local shops and restaurants in Jordan Village and a short walk to Mullet and Maho Beaches. We would absolutely return. Thanks Lian!

Great stay

Best equipped condo we’ve stayed in. Clean and as described. Close to Mullet beach, which you can see from the condo,Grocery stores, bakery and Jordan Village where there are several good restaurants. We hope to return

Oh my goodness, this place is awesome. It is the best vacation rental we have ever had. The kitchen is equipped so well. I didn't want for any cooking utensil, skillet, or pan. I highly, highly recommend this place. And, Carlos, our host was amazing. We did not have to contact him once during our 8 day stay. If we return to the island this is the place we will stay at. And, I advise anyone staying here to frequent Fat Tony's for food. They are also amazing, so friendly.

Perfect Christmas getaway

The unit was one of the prettiest we have ever stayed in. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans and dishes. It was also well organized so easy to find everything. Carlos met us at car rental place and escorted us to the unit and made sure everything was working and answered our questions. Restaurants and food stores were within easy walking distance Mullet Bay beach was a close walk and we enjoyed snorkeling and swimming there

Caribbean Paradise

Our stay was great! This unit was very well stocked with so many amenities. The only negative would be that our balcony could not be used. The building itself is under construction. Lookin forward to coming again! Thanks so much for letting us use your beautiful unit!

Great Location

First time and not the last! The location is about 5 minutes from the airport. Food and shopping is within walking distance and beaches everywhere. Carlos meet us at the property for check in and he was nothing but helpful and made us feel so welcome to the island and property. This condo came with everything you need. Beach towels, chairs, noodles, cookware. Well that’s all I needed cause I was there to live the beach life! lol

The apartment was very clean and modern, and Angela has done a great job cleaning during our stay. Plenty of quality beach towels and beach stuff (chairs, umbrella, snorqueling masks, icepacks, etc). Everything was functioning properly, the unit is nice and cosy. The pools were very clean and overall the property is nice.The view to the sea from the balcony is partially obstructed by the building in front but we were still able to have an nice view. The reasons I'm not giving 5 starts to the rental are the following : - the building is located on the main street and is a corner unit so the traffic noise can be loud at some point. - we had only one entry key so we had to do some logistics between us to manage the access. En extra key will greately be appreciated. - we didn't get one single call during our 12 days stay from the representative our management to see how our stay was going. Luckily we were doing fine.

Amazing!

Our stay couldn't of been more perfect. The location, the sunseta, the pool, Cupecoy Beach is right behind the property. Our 6 year old son loved the pool and we ended every night in the pool watching the most amazing sunset. The market was near by and we visited a nice restaurant and bakery in jordan village. We visited grand case, pinel island, and mullet bay during our stay. Carlos was great checking us in and left us with a stocked fridge (eggs, beer, soda) and the unit had beach chairs, snorkel gear, and an umbrellabto enhance our experience. We have been coming to the island since 2005, were married there in 2010 and this is the BEST PLACE WE HAVE STAYED. we look forward to coming back soon!
