Beautiful rustic one bedroom condo apartment located on the 3rd floor, offering magical ocean views as you step foot inside. New totally refurbished apartment ideal for a romantic getaway.
As you enter the apartment, you will notice a well-balanced mix of modern furniture. The interior is light and airy, with an open-concept design that includes a super comfortable sofa and two smart TV, one in the living room and one in the bedroom to make the guests experience simply effortless. The dining room features a design table with seating for four, as well as a large fully equipped kitchen.
Appliances and utensils such as an induction cooktop, a microwave, an oven, a refrigerator with freezer, and a dishwasher.

The rustic and vintage style of the apartment will lift your spirits and put you at ease. I loved the view and the hotel is simple and easy to enjoy. Communication, we didn't have water for a day and several power outages but we understand its an Island. Show a list of items that needs fixed to each arrival, we made a list because we didn't want to be charged. So maybe a walkthrough is a good idea

The title says it all. My sister and I had an exceptional experience at A304 in the Fourteen. Our unit was immaculate and inviting with a super comfy bed and a fantastic balcony with beautiful views. We enjoyed spending several hours relaxing at the pool and having breakfast at the poolside restaurant. The boutique featured lovely items and a super friendly lady and sweet pup Rocket, who gave us great recommendations for local activities and restaurants. We absolutely had a great time during our first trip to St. Maarten and would absolutely love to return in the future!
