Welcome to Fourteen at Mullet Bay, one of the most exquisite and luxurious beachfront residence in St Maarten located directly on the famous Mullet beach and golf course.

As you enter this condo, the view from the stunning sitting room and the balcony to the white sandy beach, turquoise waters, and the neighboring islands of St Kitts and Nevis, and Saba will literally take your breath away.

Mullet beach is one of the most popular of the island. It is a reef protected spot and great for swimming and snorkelling. It provides some shade to the left of the beach. Sometimes in the year, it's a great surfing spot and the rest of the year, the water is as calm as a pool. It is also just a couple of minutes drive to one of the most photographed beach in the world, Maho beach also called Kerosene beach. It's also a short drive of 15 min to the french side capital, Marigot and 10 minutes to Simpson Bay.

Without a doubt, the magical light and scenery in St.Maarten inspired this incredible 2 bedroom condo rental. It features huge sliding doors which open right up to take full advantage of the spectacular and panoramic views.

The interiors of the chic sitting room and dining room have been carefully selected to provide wonderful sophistication together with extreme relaxation.

There are two air-conditioned en-suite bedrooms. The two bedrooms feature a king bed. All have gorgeous en suite bathrooms. Both of them have an Italian shower.


The kitchen is very modern and very sleek. A cook can also be arranged at any time if desired.

The spacious outdoor terrace has a dining table and an outdoor seating area for up to 4 people.

We came on this trip with 8 of us in 3 condos. The property is unbelievable, from the views and location for us, were the best. We love Mullett Bay and Maho to stay and venture to other parts during the days. We stayed for 10 days and never seems long enough. The condo has its usual new facility issues, minimal towels and kitchen wares. One unit had a shower drain issue which was repaired. Overall, you can't beat this place. The staff were terrific and always helpful. Thank for the memorable stay.

Fourteen at Mullet Bay is the most luxurious complex I’ve been in SXM. This is my 4th time coming to the island and I must say, this is the best stay I’ve ever experienced. The staff is super friendly, super accomodating, and always there when we needed them! The apartment came in fully equipped with everything that we ever needed ! Beautiful furnitures and super comfortable beds!!! Close to all grocery stores, restaurants, beach, activities. The view is simply incredible and breathtaking! I definitely will come back and stay here again. Love it so much!!!! Definitely recommend

All round excellent, Perfect position for the beach, a couple of nice Places to eat and drink nearby. Apartment was well equipped and very comfortable. My only comment would be that the air conditioning unit right above the bed in the back bedroom was poorly placed.

Absolutely enjoyed my experience at this location. This was by far the best vacation rental I’ve ever visited and I do travel a lot. To begin with, the property is aesthetically more pleasing in person as it comes with a 180 degree magnificent ocean and mountain view…Very spacious, clean, inviting and adorned with modern decor. Comfortable beds with on suite exquisite bathrooms.. overall this unit was Fully functional and is conveniently located close to major beaches, restaurants, shops and entertainment nightlife. In some cases you can even walk to nearby beaches or restaurant. The host is always so gracious and is a very effective communicator. She is also informative and timely In her responses. From the onset I felt like was right at home, very cozy, very relaxed, I am already planning to return for my birthday. For all the reasons highlighted earlier I would certainly recommend this location
