"This was perfect for three sailing buddies just returned from Croatia late at night who needed a simple overnight stop somewhere just 10 mins from the Gatwick North Terminal. The triple bed room, although compact, was very clean, comfortable and adequate. Cooked brekkie was very good. And all at a very low cost for accommodation and brekkie! Staff were very pkeasant. Highly recommended!!!"

"Excellent property and brilliant for a short stay. Very easy process to check in and check out. Limited parking on site which meant I had to park on the streets a little walk away from the place. Luckily, it was a weekend which meant I was able to park on the permit holders bay otherwise, I would've been stuck. There was a student party happening close by which meant loud music was being played. Also, the kitchen was closed at 10pm and we arrived late so had to eat the food cold as we did not...

"We have stayed at the Lawn a few times in between travelling from Canada to Spain and the UK. Each time the owners have been very helpful when we are there early for check in, with our requests for extra T bags, milk etc. Always ask if we need anything booked for our onward travels. Lovely family guest house and we have stayed in a few on Massets road, but we continue to support this one as we have found them very helpful and welcoming."

"Stayed for a wedding and since it was on a Friday night it was double the price of the night before. Seems extreme! Village is very picturesque. My room was in a building separate to the pub which was possibly quieter. It’s all old so sound proofing isn’t a thing. My double bed was very comfortable but the room was quite small. Bathroom showing signs of age. Good selection for tea/coffee in room. A nice stay for the convenience but I don’t think it was worth £150. Breakfast was ok. Quite a lot...
