This cozy log home is centrally located in a quiet neighborhood and offers updated amenities including two newly renovated bathrooms. There is plenty of space for relaxing with two separate sitting rooms. The property offers a covered storage parking area large enough for a boat or RV. Close proximity to Charlotte Douglas Airport, Carowinds Amusement Park, USA White-Water Center, several Lake Norman boat launches, fishing and water sports, Lake Norman Marina, NASCAR attractions, and Shopping. If you are traveling through or just visiting friends and family in the area, this property offers a home away from home atmosphere.
May 1st to November 1st we offer 1/2-day (4 hour) guided boat tours on the lake for at an additional cost. Reservations are required and hours of rentals are mornings from 9am to 1pm and afternoons from 2:30pm to 6:30pm. Pontoon (tubing, wakeboarding, cruising), Colbalt's (tubing, wakeboarding, cruising), Malibu (wakeboarding, wake surfing/lessons) boats are the three options and vary in price by activity.
