"In our 2-night stay we had no contact with anyone else at the hotel, but could hear othwr guests a little from our room. Check-in was easy with guidance sent in advance, and the room was cleaned well during the day. The accomodation was clean and comfortable, although the common areas were unlit during the day so quite dark. A small amount of shampoo and shower gel was provided, and the room had a kettle. "The hotel is in a beautiful location just a short walk from the Centre of Oulton Broad where there is a lovely park, in interesting museum (with free entry) and a few pubs and restaurants. You can also take a boat trip from here. We highly recommend the food at the hotel, our evening meal and breakfast were both excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful."
