"Amazing location in SoHo, great views from our 12th floor room, super friendly and helpful staff. Only complaint was the cable on the TV sometimes didn't work, the first night we were there none of the channels were working. But when you are in NYC you don't need TV that much so that was minor to us. We loved our stay and I look forward to staying again next month!"

"The configuration of the room was such that there was enclosed bathroom. The sink was in the room, which I knew based on the pictures. However, there was neither an indication nor photos of the fact that the shower and toilet were separated, AND, there was no privacy getting out of the shower because opening the shower door meant walking in the room. Not what we signed up for, but decided to just live with it."
