"Firstly, the properly hasn’t been thoroughly cleaned in a very long time. I have some quite disturbing pictures of the grime and mould that is everywhere in this property. Secondly, they did not have a cot for my son despite the fact I called and ordered one a week beforehand. Both my husband and I had to take it in turns to protect him on the bed whilst he slept so he didn’t roll off. Words cannot describe how dissapointed we are."

"Missing the bed as was better than ours at home, as well as the jacuzzi. If you have the funds well worth getting the big lodges. Plenty of space, amazing views"

"Our lodge was brilliant, lots of space inside, robes and plenty of towels for the hot tub. Staff were so friendly and helpful and everything was delivered and looked after perfectly. Lodge was really well equipped with everything we needed. Location wise being only 4 miles from Alton Towers was perfect for us and felt like a million miles away after a full day in a busy theme park. Would highly recommend staying in these lodges."

"it was very convenient to get to easily signposted very friendly staff just not enough amenities 1 dishwasher tablet for 6 people staying for 3 nights ?? no washing tablets tiny bit of fairy liquid no surface stays if kitchen or bathroom sprays his can we keep clean had to ask for extra black bags had to ask for a mop when we had a hot tub ???"
