"Very clean, we had a small double room which was fine for a couple of nights, very modern and location was perfect. Would have been nice to have a couple of bottles of water the local coop shuts on a Sunday at 4 so there is nowhere to buy water apart from the pubs. Would definitely stay again."

"Had a lovely stay at Windsor cottage. Well presented, great amenities and the most comfortable bed in the master bedroom. Slept like a log! Ate out in local restaurants, which were lovely especially Alberto’s Italy. There are a couple of free parking areas in town 5-10 minutes away. During our stay there was a film set in place for Father Brown and a restriction at the end of the road. It didn’t take away from our stay, but was glad of the premier inn parking just a 100m away. "We had a wonderful stay celebrating our wedding anniversary. Irina who we have always found to be very helpful accommodated us staying in the same room we did when we got married and arranged a complimentary bottle of Prosecco which was a lovely gesture. The hotel was quiet when we stayed (and the weather was hot )so we didn’t venture far but simply enjoyed Sunday lunch (roast) which was delicious and some drinks in the bar area/ outside. All the staff are helpful and friendly and the room was spotless. The hotel is lovely, nice setting and decor. We thoroughly enjoyed everything about our stay and would recommend the hotel and food."
