"I’ll start with the positive. The unit itself was updated and decorated simple. The property itself is extremely run down starting with pulling into a very dark driveway leading into a small dirt lot with a very large work truck parked in the entrance way and several other cars taking up most the lot. Construction materials laid out all around the property and parking lot. Broken fence and uneven grounds moving around the parking lot. On rainy days the dirt sand tracks into your unit and leaves...
