"The property was so beautiful. The cabin was spotless and had everything that we needed. It was so relaxing. Hosts were very quick to answer all my questions. You could tell they went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect for us. "

"What a beautiful property! We had the most wonderful time! There are stairs to the living area both inside and out. The screened in balcony is so comfy! I loved reading a book in a cushioned rocker during an afternoon rain. Deer grazed in the yard all day, practically. I did scare them when i went out the exterior door and down the stairs, so they're wild and that was a treat!The hot tub is fabulous! I had to set a timer on my phone to ensure we didnt stay in too long because it was so nice! The kitchen had everything we needed! They had the best selection of teas and cocoas and the coffee was delicious.The mattresses are medium to firm. The shower head in the master bathroom was life changing! The master bath also has a skylight that we loved! The host was responsive and super helpful. We look forward to coming back! 5 Stars!"

"We stayed at Lavender Hill Cottage for a friendship reunion trip after the three of us hadn't seen each other at the same time in three years, now that we are spread so far across the country after college. This was the perfect house for our needs. The vibe is so cozy, the village center in Warm Springs is walkable, and the central location within the county makes this cottage the ideal basecamp for exploring all the natural and culinary attractions Bath County has to offer! This was my second time staying here, and I cannot recommend it enough."

"This hits all the check marks of our requirements for our 17th wedding anniversary. The solar-powered cottage on top of a hill is cute, warm and comfortable. We came prepared with sleeping bags and food to cook at their grill. The toilet/sink in their barn met our needs. The highlight of the place is the view both from the cottage and from hiking the lookout of the property. Their dogs, goats and cows are friendly. Lynn and Buddy gave us a warm welcome when we arrived. We will be back and will recommend to our friends."
