I even received emails from VRBO a week before that said I was all set! TOTALLY RUINED MY TRIP TO DALLAS! I WILL NEVER USE VRBO AGAIN AND WILL ADVISE EVERYONE I KNOW TO NOT USE THIS CRAP SERVICE!!!"
