"The room was freezing when we arrived. AC at 59 degrees and no comforter or blanket, just a sheet and a very light top throw lol. Three of us (2 queen beds) and only 2 bath towels, no hand towels or washcloths at all. Pillows very uncomfortable, bed so-so. Been in worse, but it was a little disappointing. To flush the toilet you had to hold the handle down until it was completely done, rather inconvenient .Desk clerk was awesome. No breakfast anymore, just coffee and water. A few other...
