"This was a comfortable place to stay away from the crowds. The neighborhood is authentic and not a tourist location, and we found some great dinner and gelato places nearby, along with a nice walking/biking path. The apartment is simple with no frills, but had what we as a family needed. The host was very friendly and helpful! We did get tired of riding the T1 tram 10-15 min in and out of Venice each day but this is part of the choice to stay here."

"The staff at the front desk and in the restaurant were very welcoming. All of them spoke English well, if that is a worry for travelers. Its location immediately outside of the Venice airport was very convenient!! I would absolutely stay there again. "
