"This is a large hotel in the heart of the university. All roads are underground which is a bit confusing for a first time visitor, I looped around twice before finding the hotel car park. The hotel itself was reasonably pleasant, if a little dated. The room was spotless with a nice shower. However the hotel restaurant was too busy at lunchtime to eat there without a reservation. "We checked into the room. The air conditioning didn’t work, the kitchen facilities were locked away. The toilet space was tiny and no where to wash hands after using. The balcony was tiny and dirty. The pool facilities aren’t included in cost. We decided after we checked into to check out straight away and go to a different hotel. Shouldn’t be rated at 5 stars. "No shampoo in the room even after making 2 phone calls"

"We stayed one night for an early flight. The hotel seems to be partially renovated (lobby area and exterior) but the rooms still have old finishes. Our room was more humid and warm than the corridor even though we had the AC set to cool all night. Staff was friendly and helpful."

"Pour une nuit , tout juste à côté de l'aéroport Charleroi. C'était parfait. La navette est un peu chère (10 euros). L'extérieur est un peu vieillot, mais la chambre était très bien et ce qu'on veut quand on a une nuit avant un vol tôt le matin, c'est une bonne chambre. 👍"
