Cozy Countryside Gite with Private Garden Near Loire Castles

Spacious cottage for 6 people, completely renovated and independent with a private enclosed garden. It is located within the grounds of a beautiful residence and a family farm that produces hazelnuts, thus offering a warm, wooded and calm environment. 1h30 from Paris and 15km from Orléans, you can enjoy the Orléans forest and its many hikes, the Loire by bike and especially its majestic Castles. On the ground floor, a fully equipped kitchen opening onto a large living room with dining room and lounge (47m²).
On the first floor, 3 bedrooms each with a 160 cm double bed, including a bed that can be separated into two 80 cm single beds. Bathroom and separate toilet.
A pleasant enclosed garden, outdoor tables and chairs, barbecue and arbor in summer, pétanque/molkky pitch.

ALL CHARGES INCLUDED: water, electricity. Sheets and towels provided. Beds made on arrival.

All shops nearby.

Another 8-person gîte on site "La Roncière". Each gîte has its own private outdoor space.

Beau gite spacieux

Ce gite est spacieux, confortable, aménagé avec goût, alliant charme et modernité. Il est par ailleurs très bien équipé (électroménager, vaisselle, radiateur, sèche serviettes, lits 160 et faits...) neuf et très propre. On s'y sent bien, comme chez soi, et l'espace y est très appréciable. L'accueil est très agréable. Pour finir, le cadre est également très plaisant puisque situé dans l'enceinte du château et de sa ferme. Idéal !
