After a very warm welcome, we were personally escorted to our room, where everything was explained—no need to read manuals. We were also offered coffee in the lovely coffee corner opposite the room. The baths were the most amazing we have ever experienced. In today’s digital world full of self-service, we greatly appreciated this personal touch.
