"Amazing hotel all around! The location can't be beat, with the Sapa Station in the building, and everything is within walking distance including shopping and plenty of restaurants. The staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. Best of all, it is an absolutely gorgeous building and our room was stunning. Our room pretty quiet at night from street traffic. The front desk surprised us with snacks for the bus ride at 7am when we were leaving. So nice! "
