"Very clean, well maintained. Great restaurants. Staff very helpful and friendly."

"My room wasn't clean"

"This place is a dump and the staff doesn’t have an ounce professionalism in them. I would find another hotel to stay at, if you are in the Louisville area, because you will certainly regret staying here. They also have this looney tune lady that I think lives on the property that gets involved in things she shouldn’t and she also monopolizes the washer and dryer on the property. I’m almost positive she lives on the property because she is pals with the poorly trained, and unprofessional...

"I had been told by Hilton CS # call , Pet fee at this location was 15.00 /night. *They charged me 30.00+tax . I called Desk about.early arrival ...was told I'd be put on List to be contacted IF any available.. and there would be an additional Charge . I arrived at location around 1230p ( 3 other cars in lot ) so I thought I'd call in to desk , First , said yes , then No , room not available until 2pm at cost of $10 for extra hour. So... I waited til 2p. ...As I came to desk , the...

"Nice clean but a little dated and few marks on walls and places on floors"

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a great stay! The host’s communication was excellent from start to finish and made everything very easy. The location was perfect—very convenient to the Expo Center, where our event was located - and the house was spacious with plenty of room for everyone. We did run into one minor issue during our stay, but the host responded immediately and resolved it right away. That level of responsiveness was greatly appreciated. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely...

"I recently stayed at this motel and was thoroughly disappointed. The rooms were noticeably dirty, with stains on the carpets, grime in the bathroom, and an overall unhygienic feel that made my stay unpleasant. The location is also in a bad area, with sketchy surroundings and little safety in sight. Given these issues, I would not recommend this motel to anyone looking for a clean, safe place to stay."

"The toilet leaked"

"The property is beautiful. Our room was lovely—very clean and comfortable. The seating in our room was perfect for reading, and the balcony an extra treat. Allen was so gracious and helpful. The location was great for dinner plans and a short easy drive to Churchill Downs. Breakfast was delicious—especially the biscuits and gravy. And, the young lady that served us breakfast was very nice and helpful. I’d recommend this Bed and Breakfast to anyone who is planning to spend time in...

"Kyle, Jerry and the full reservation desk staff were great. The room was clean, the A/C was quiet, a comfortable bed and a great shower, and the selection of breakfast foods was super. Enjoyed my three-night stay and will be sure to choose this hotel again in the future."

"Left an item behind. The staff claimed they could not find it."

"Brand new hotel. We loved the room layout with the small kitchenette although we didn't need it for this trip. Easy to get to. Several restaurants close by for easy eating."

"Such a lovely stay at the Market Street Inn. A very charming, comfortable and feels like home kind of place. Carol and Steve are just the kindest owners. They were responsive and accommodating and always available if needed. We also loved meeting Lisa, who made breakfast each morning and took care of any housekeeping needs. We felt like we were treated as family and not just guests. The area and location is perfect, SUCH a cute little town. Plenty of restaurants, shops and entertainment within...
