Welcome to our beautiful Louisville home, conveniently located just minutes away from major attractions and amenities! This newly remodeled property offers a peaceful retreat and is perfect for families, friends, or business travelers.

Please note: This property is NOT suitable for bachelor/bachelorette parties. Noise disturbances will not be tolerated.

2 NIGHT MINIMUM STAY REQUIREMENT THROUGHOUT YEAR.

This home is in a quiet neighborhood on a tranquil street.

Close to the intersections of I-264 & I-65.

Our spacious home features:

Bedrooms: 4 comfortable bedrooms, including 3 with king beds and 1 with a queen bed, providing restful sleep for up to 10 guests.

Bathrooms: 2 full bathrooms stocked with essential bath items and towels. The main floor bathroom boasts a large tub and shower.

Living Areas: A large living room with a smart TV and streaming options for your entertainment. There's also a large second living room in the recently remodeled basement.

Kitchen: A well-equipped kitchen with a Keurig coffee maker, gas stove, oven, refrigerator, and dishwasher. All the necessary cookware, flatware, and dinnerware are provided.

Outdoor Space: Relax on the patio with a gas grill, adirondack chairs, a gas fire pit, and a table with chairs. The extended paver patio and spacious grassy backyard offer a great outdoor experience.

Laundry Facilities: A brand new Samsung washer and dryer in the basement, with detergents included.

Family Gathering

We needed a home that would safely and comfortably house eight of us, ages 18 to 90, for a weekend together. This home did just that and was very clean! We will keep it at the top of our list for places to stay when we visit our daughter over the next four years!

Very nice!

Our group was in town for the NSRA Street Rod Nationals. We were very happy with the house! It was very clean, well maintained and very comfortable in a nice quiet neighborhood.

This cute little place checks ALL the boxes. The host is far and away the most responsive and thoughtful we have dealt with. The home was stocked with more than just the necessities and the location made it perfect for our Bourbon Trail experience. It’s obvious that the host’s goal is to go above and beyond - and our part of 6 couldn’t have been happier!

Awesome place!

This house had everything and more for our stay! John was an incredible host & was super communicative during our stay. He even accommodated certain requests that benefited our group. The location was also super convenient and right by the airport. I would definitely recommend staying here in the future!

Wonderful home and great location!

The home was very clean and very comfortable. Conveniently located to downtown Louisville and Churchill Downs. We rent at least 2-3 properties a year and this one is by far the best one stocked beyond general basic items. I.e. extra blanks, pillows, welcoming snacks and bottled water, toiletries in both bathrooms, laundry detergent, just to name a few. Pride in ownership shows in every detail. John was very responsive and easy to work with. With 6 children, 1 teenager and 2 adults, we never felt cramped or on top of each other. All beds were super comfortable and the couches in both living areas were comfortable. Great space inside and out. The backyard/outdoor space was excellent - beautiful maintained grass, that the kids loved playing on, outdoor dining area with umbrellas and a fire pit with extra seating - even lantern tiki torches that were very easy to use. Home is located on a very quite dead end street. Close to Wal-Mart, Target and Kroger. Only item I would caution on are the stairs. If you have a guest with mobility issues, the stairs may be a challenge. However, we had no problems with the stairs. Highly recommend this home and would book it again. Thanks John for opening your home and providing a wonderful place for our annual GramCamp!

Wonderful find in Louisville!

We usually stay in short term rentals when we travel. This house is one of the nicest and most well appointed places we have ever stayed. John has literally thought of everything to make this a home away from home. We were a family of 8 with kids ranging from 8-14. John is wonderful. He checked in during our stay to make sure everything was going well(it was). He responded very quickly any time I had a question. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in town.

Great location for bourbon tours!

We had a great time! Plenty of bedrooms, stocked kitchen with coffee. Location was great for getting to downtown Louisville as well as heading further out into bourbon country.

Wonderful for the whole family

Our stay was wonderful. We had plenty of room for the entire family of 8 and super close to the Expo Center. Will be staying here again next time in Louisville.

Cute, clean, well decorated house, responsive host - would happily stay here again.

Our host was very responsive to all inquiries, and I had a few. The house was clean, nicely decorated, exactly as described. The kitchen was well equipped and nicely laid out (plenty of counter top space for meal prep); the coffee station was very much appreciated. Loved the patio and backyard - comfortable seating for 10, and lovely trees (including the next of baby birds). Bedrooms were cute, beds and pillows were comfy. There were two living rooms, both had great couches. Tech worked well. Driveway was sufficient for our 4 vehicles plus plus. House is just off a cul-de-sac, and was quiet. This was definitely one of the best value VRBO's we have rented, and will stay here again if we are in the area. We highly recommend!

Perfect for Events at KY Expo Ctr

This property is perfect if you are staying in town for any kids sporting events / tournaments at the Expo Ctr. Literally a 5-8 minute ride! The property itself was spotless and well cared for, and communication with host was awesome! Nice extra touches with snacks, coffee and creamer! Would book again in a heartbeat!

Convenient location

We visited Louisville to celebrate our daughter graduating college. She wanted to go to opening night of races at Churchill Downs. The property was a perfect location for us. We all really enjoyed relaxing in the back yard by the gas fire pit. This property was just right for enjoying family time and all the attractions Louisville has to offer.

Our Kentucky Bourbon Tour

Myself, two sisters and our husbands did a three day Kentucky Bourbon Hall Tour. Picking us up and returning us to our vrbo each time. This place was a wonderful choice for us. Everything we needed. Comfortable beds, spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. We also enjoyed the backyard fireplace. Definitely a great place to stay. Our host was always available for our questions? We highly recommend this vrbo.

Charming, clean and great location!

Everything about the house was great. Even before we arrived communication with the owner was excellent. We were able to get right in to the house with the code sent to my email. The house is very clean and cozy. There was plenty of room and the beds were very comfortable. They even had snacks and toiletries that we may have forgotten. We were there for a volleyball tournament at the Kentucky expo. It was a great location to get an Uber to take us to the expo. There were great restaurants close by and a Kroger and Target that aren’t too far. We had an excellent time! Would definitely stay here again.
